Itinerary
DAY 1
Welcome to Almaty – City of a thousand colours!
Upon arrival at the airport.-Complete the immigration process. Pick up from airport and transfer to your hotel. Check in at hotel. Overnight in Almaty.
DAY 2
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for city tour at 1:00 PM Visit the Central State Museum. Explore the Zenkov Cathedral (Ascension Cathedral). In the evening explore Kok Tobe Return to your hotel for the night. In the evening, you can explore one of the most happening Arbat street of almaty city.(By Own). Overnight in Almaty.(Breakfast Included)
DAY 3
Breakfast at the hotel. Get ready to take an amazing road journey. Depart from Almaty for a day trip to Kolsai Lake, a stunning mountain lake renowned for its beauty. Explore Charyn Canyon, often referred to as the Grand Canyon’s little brother, known for its dramatic rock formations.
On the way, we will take a stop to explore the biggest canyon in Asia - the Charyn Canyon. Next, we will head to our hotel in Saty Village Overnight stay in Saty Village, immersing yourself in the local culture and hospitality. (Breakfast + Dinner Included)
DAY 4
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Kandy Lake, famous for its submerged forest and turquoise waters, offering a unique landscape for exploration. On the way, we will visit the majestic Kaindy Lake, perfectly tucked in mountains.
Upon reaching the base, we will take a Local Van for 2 kms through rough mountain roads. After this short adventurous ride, we will reach the Kaindy Lakes - one of the most beautiful lakes here.
Spend some time around the lake which appears blue in summer and freezes completely in winter. Next, we will head back to the base and continue our journey further to Almaty. Upon reaching Almaty, check-in to the hotel and call it a day. Overnight stay in Almaty.
DAY 5
Breakfast at the hotel. Get ready to spend an amazing day Depart for Shymbulak Ski Resort (30 km from Almaty and the journey takes 1 hour) Upon Arrival at Shymbulak Ski Resort,Take a cable car to Shymbulak Ski Resort.
Enjoy cable car rides and capture the majestic views of the surrounding mountains Explore Shymbulak and return to Almaty. After reaching top you can explore winter activities (by own) Upon completing the sightseeing tour for the day, return to your hotel. In the evening, you can go to famous party clubs in Almaty as this will be the last night & it has to be crazy. Overnight stay in Almaty.(Breakfast Included)
DAY 6
Have Breakfast at the hotel. Checkout from hotel at 12:00 PM. Submit your luggage in Hotel You are free to explore (By Own)
Recommendation: Visiting Green Bazaar to do some shopping Rakhat Chocolate Shop for families or friends Drive towards the airport and board your flight back to India.

2. If you’re traveling from Mumbai, Pune, or any other city, please reach out to us for
flight timing information to Delhi. We will advise which Internal flight to book!
3. Airport Pickup & drop will be on a fixed time & if your arrival or departure is different, we can arrange a cab for you on additional cost.
4. Guests will be directly responsible for their belonging
5. Cancellation of the trip or of any location due to reasons out of our control like natural calamities or man made incidents like strikes and change in state rules won’t be our
responsibility. The participants will be liable to bear cost on any such incidents.
6. The company vehicle will only be responsible for travel from stay to the locations
included and back to our stays. Any travel beyond that will be chargeable if we are
managing it for you all.
7. If there are at least 6 participants, a trip leader will accompany the group throughout
the journey. Alternatively, if the number falls below 6, we’ll provide 24/7 online
support, ensuring all bookings are taken care of, though a leader won’t be physically
present.(Additional Charges applicable if there are less number of people)

FAQ
1 - What is the Age group for this Trip?
A. This trip is for people from age group 18 - 40yrs.
2 - Which Simcard will work & does International packs work ?
A. Yes International packs work & they will be a bit expensive but you will be able to receive message & calls on your contact. Local sims for 7 days are cheap.
3 - How much cash to carry & where to exchange ?
A. Kazakh Tenge is around 5.7 to 1 Rupee. But dollar or Euro exchange rates are better in Kazakh. We advice to exchange in the city as airport rates are higher & carry dollars from India. Around 150$ - 200$ will be sufficient, but also depends on your expenses.
4 - How to apply for Visa & what is the minimum Passport Validity date?
A. Kazakhstan offers visa-free travel for Indian citizens for stays of up to 14 days. Travelers should have at least 6 months of validity remaining on their passport when traveling internationally.
5 - Will I find Veg/ Jain Food Options?
A. Yes Veg food options are available. Jain food will only be available in Indian restaurants & are available near to the place we will be staying. For Jain people we advice carrying snacks.
6. What will be the daytime and night temperature?
A. During day time the temperature will be around 5° to 15° and during night it will fall down to -5° to 0°
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before 45 Days - 50% Refund on the Registration amount.
45 - 30 Days - No Refund on Registration
30 - 20 Days - 25% Refund on Full Amount
20 - 10 Days - 10% Refund on Full Amount
After 10 Days - No Refund
1. Cancellation charge is applied on total trip cost, not on any partial or token amounts. E.g. if you paid 10,000 for a 25000 trip, 2 months in advance and decide to cancel a trip less than 30 days before trip start date, the cancellation charge will be applied on 25000, not 10,000.
2. Full Payment of the trip cost must be completed 30 before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
3. None of the amount is transferrable to any other trip or treks & no credit notes
will be given.
4. If the Trip is cancelled from our end, Minimal 7% amount will be deducted & for the remaining amount a Credit Note will be Provided to use on any other Treks & Trips.(No Cash Refund)
5. In Case of Trip Extension due to Weather or any unforseen conditions, Indivdual
will have to pay 4500/- Cash Per Day to the Trip Leader on Spot.
6. Itinerary is subject to change without any prior notice due to Weather Condition
or any other unavoidable reasons & Its the Trip Leaders Call we value everyone’s
safety over the Trip.
7. Cancellation of the trip or of any location due to reasons out of our control like

won’t be our responsibility. The participants will be liable to bear cost on any
such incidents.

9. Normal Check-in and Check-out time is 02:00 PM and 12:00 noon respectively
in Vietnam. Early check-in with is available at an extra cost of 25 USD/ per
person.
10. Airport transfer is at fixed time (depending on the majority of arrival and
departure time of the group) - Any early or late transfer will be charged extra.
11. Sightseeing of all the places depends on various factors like weather, train
delay, vehicle breakdown, punctuality of everyone, peak season rush & we or
any of our team member will not be responsible.
12. Mode of Transport like Train/Bus Etc can be changed depending upon the
availiblity with change in time & boarding/dropping point depending on the
availibility without any prior notice to Participants.
13. The photos/videos content created on Trekkers United’s trip (by our leaders)
is the property of Trekkers United and can only be used by us for advertising
across media platforms. None of the digital content can be used by anyone
for advertising/commercialuse without obtaining the rightful permissions by
Trekkers United.
14. The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained
without avalid Govt. ID.
15. Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management
shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.
16. Our time of departure is fixed and the travelers must depart by the stated time
& keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s). Anyone missing the
transport shall not be eligible for any refunds.
17. In case of injury/illness occurring to a participant during the tour, external
evacuation/ transport services may need to be engaged safeguarding the
health of the participant. In such a case any additional cost arising from making
such arrangements will have to be borne by the concerned participant/
participant’s family.
18. Only one offer or credit can be used at a time; multiple offers or credits cannot
be combined simultaneously.
