Itinerary
DAY 1
Arrival & Check-In: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and check in to your hotel around 14:00.
Explore Bui Vien Street: After resting, venture out to Bui Vien Walking Street. Discover the vibrant nightlife at your own pace,
exploring lively cafes, pubs, and party spots.
Sightseeing: If time permits, consider visiting nearby attractions such as the Independence Palace, War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, and the Opera House.
DAY 2
Cu Chi Tunnels Tour: Experience a fascinating tour of the Cu Chi Tunnels, an extensive network of underground passages
used during the Vietnam War.
Flight to Da Nang: Fly to Da Nang and check in to your beachfront property, enjoying the scenic coastal views.
Relaxation: Spend the remaining of the day unwinding and taking in the serene environment of your beachfront accommodation.
DAY 3
Ba Na Hills Exploration: Begin with a hearty breakfast before heading to Ba Na Hills. Marvel at the stunning mountain and
coastline views and take the world’s longest cable car ride to the summit.
Golden Bridge & More: Explore the iconic Golden Bridge, the Linh Ung Pagoda, and the enchanting French Village. Enjoy
the thrilling rides and games at Fantasy Park. (Note: The Alpine Coaster is available for an additional cost of approximately 250 INR, payable on-site.)
Return to Da Nang: Head back to Da Nang in the evening and transfer to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.
DAY 4
Transfer to Hoi An: Check out from your Da Nang hotel and transfer to Hoi An.
Basket Boat Ride: Experience the charming Basket Boat Tour (Coconut Boat Tour) in the afternoon.
Hoi An Ancient Town: Spend your evening exploring the beautifully preserved Hoi An Ancient Town.
Lantern Experience:For an extra touch of magic, consider a lantern boat ride on the river for just $3 or $4. Enjoy the serene ambiance under the softly glowing lanterns.
Overnight in Hoi An: Conclude your day with an overnight stay in Hoi An.
DAY 5
Flight to Hanoi: After breakfast, take a domestic flight to Hanoi.
Check-In & Leisure Time: Check in to your hotel (standard check-in time is between 14:00 and 15:00). Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure, whether for sightseeing or shopping.
Old Quarter & Train Street: Explore the bustling Old Quarter’s narrow streets, vibrant food markets, and unique souvenir shops. Don’t miss the train market where a train passes through a narrow street at 18:30. Overnight in Hanoi: Stay overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 6
Journey to Halong Bay: Start your day with breakfast before embarking on a scenic journey to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World
Heritage Site.
Cruise Experience: Board a comfortable & Luxury cruise ship for a captivating tour of Halong Bay’s stunning limestone islands. Enjoy a delicious lunch onboard as you sail through the bay.
Ti Top Island: Visit Ti Top Island for a swim at the beach or hike up Ti Top Mountain for panoramic views.
Kayaking & Caving: Explore the tranquil waters and hidden caves of Halong Bay with included kayaking.
DAY 7

2. Avoid wearing precious Jewellery while trekking, as Trekkers United won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
3. Swimming in the deep water is strictly prohibited.
4. Those booking with us or booking flights by themselves, we highly recommend you to choose the Refundable flights.
5. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed.
6. Cancellation of the trip or of any location due to reasons out of our control like natural calamities or man made incidents like strikes and change in state rules won’t be our responsibility. The participants will be liable to bear cost on any such incidents.
7. The company vehicle will only be responsible for travel from stay to the locations and back to our stays. Any travel beyond that will be chargeable if we are managing it for you all.
8. Sightseeing of all the places depends on various factors like weather, train delay, vehicle breakdown, punctuality of everyone, peak season rush & we or any of our team member will not be responsible.
10. Mode of Transport like Train/Bus Etc can be changed with change in time & boarding/dropping point depending on the availibility without any prior notice to Participants.
11. If there are at least 6 participants, a trip leader will accompany the group throughout the journey. Alternatively, if the number falls below 6, we’ll provide 24/7 online support, ensuring all bookings are taken care of, though a leader won’t be physically present.
12.Airport transfer is at fixed time (depending on the majority of arrival and departure time of the group) - Any early or late transfer will be charged extra

1 - What is the Age group for this Trip?
A. This trip is for people from age group 18 - 35yrs.
2 - Which part of Vietnam is worth visiting & are we covering those?
A. North & Central vietnam is extremely beautiful & we have added few less explored places too & we are staying there. So yes we have curated one of the best Itinerary as personally our team has explored those.
3 - Which Simcard will work & does International packs work ?
A.Yes International packs work & they will be a bit expensive but you will be able to receive message & calls on your contact. Local sims for 10 days are cheap.
4 - How much cash to carry & where to exchange ?
A.Vietnamese dong is around 285 to 1 Rupee. But dollar or Euro exchange rates are better in Vietnam. We advice to exchange in the city as airport rates are higher & carry dollars from India. Around 150$ - 200$ will be sufficient, but also depends on your expenses.
5 - How apply for Visa & what is the minimum Passport Validity date?
A.E Visa is compulsory for Vietnam & you can easily apply through their website https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/en_US/web/guest/ home & usually takes 7 - 8 working days. Our team will help you with that. Travelers should have at least 6 months of validity remaining on their passport when traveling internationally.
6 - Will I find Veg/ Jain Food Options?
A.Yes Veg food options are available on the streets too & in cafes too. Jain food will only be available in Indian restaurants & are available near to the place we will be staying.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before 45 Days - 50% Refund on the Registration amount.
45 - 30 Days - No Refund on Registration
30 - 20 Days - 25% Refund on Full Amount
20 - 10 Days - 10% Refund on Full Amount
After 10 Days - No Refund
1. Cancellation charge is applied on total trip cost, not on any partial or token amounts. E.g. if you paid 10,000 for a 25000 trip, 2 months in advance and decide to cancel a trip less than 30 days before trip start date, the cancellation charge will be applied on 25000, not 10,000.
2. Full Payment of the trip cost must be completed 30 before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
3. None of the amount is transferrable to any other trip or treks & no credit notes
will be given.
4. If the Trip is cancelled from our end, Minimal 7% amount will be deducted & for the remaining amount a Credit Note will be Provided to use on any other Treks & Trips.(No Cash Refund)
5. In Case of Trip Extension due to Weather or any unforseen conditions, Indivdual will have to pay 2500/- Cash Per Day to the Trip Leader on Spot.
6. Itinerary is subject to change without any prior notice due to Weather Condition or any other unavoidable reasons & Its the Trip Leaders Call we value everyone’s safety over the Trip.
7. Cancellation of the trip or of any location due to reasons out of our control like natural calamities or man made incidents like strikes and change in state rules won’t be our responsibility. The participants will be liable to bear cost on any such incidents.
8. The company vehicle will only be responsible for travel from stay to the locations and back to our stays. Any travel beyond that will be chargeable if we are managing it for you all.
9. Sightseeing of all the places depends on various factors like weather, train delay, vehicle breakdown, punctuality of everyone, peak season rush & we or any of our team member will not be responsible.
10. If Train tickets are in RAC/Waiting, there will be extra charge of 600 - 800/-
per person & 90% guarantee of the confirmed Tatkal Tickets.
11. Mode of Transport like Train/Bus Etc can be changed depending upon the availiblity with change in time & boarding/dropping point depending on the availibility without any prior notice to Participants.
12. The photos/videos content created on Trekkers United’s trip (by our leaders)
is the property of Trekkers United and can only be used by us for advertising across media platforms. None of the digital content can be used by anyone for advertising/commercialuse without obtaining the rightful permissions by Trekkers United.
13. The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without avalid Govt. ID.
14. Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.
15. Our time of departure is fixed and the travelers must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s). Anyone missing the transport shall not be eligible for any refunds.
16. In case of injury/illness occurring to a participant during the tour, external evacuation/ transport services may need to be engaged safeguarding the health of the participant. In such a case any additional cost arising from making such arrangements will have to be borne by the concerned participant/participant’s family.
17. Only one offer or credit can be used at a time; multiple offers or credits cannot be combined simultaneously.
