Itinerary
DAY 1
The Beautiful journey to Meghalaya will Commence from Mumbai. Assemble at LTT railway Station and Meet our Coordinators. Train No. 12519/15945.
Pune people will board train no.22108/22144 & reach Mumbai.
DAY 2
Day 2 will be spent in the train as well with fun games and Interacting with each other.
DAY 3
We reach Guwahati station, meet our trip captain and head towards laitlum canyons which does justice to its name meaning “end of hills” & has one of the most mesmerising Views.
Later we head towards Cherrapunji. On the way you will get a glimpse of the beautiful Umiam Lake or Barapani as they locally call it and make a stopover to take pictures if you wish. We will call it a day in Cherrapunjee also known locally as “Sohra”. (Dinner, Stay in Comfy Homestay)
DAY 4
Forget having a bath in the morning as we proceed towards Tyrna village which acts as the base point for Nongriat village trek, you will be drenched in sweat but you will recover every drop of it when you reach your destination - the double decker living root bridge & Chill by the water bodies near the double decker bridge (B + D, Stay in Cherrapunji Homestay)
DAY 5
After a comfortable night’s rest we set off to explore to the beautiful seven sisters Waterfall. Later Proceed Arwah caves Which are the must visit caves & the mighty Nohakalikai Falls & Leisure time to explore Cherrapunji Streets. (Overnight stay at Cherrapunji ,B & D included).
DAY 6
We begin with our Famous drive to renowned Mawlynnong “Asia’s Cleanest Village”. Explore the Village & Market area We will spot Bangladesh region atop the many viewpoints over here.
Have hot lunch in a local restaurant and proceed to see the Indo- Bangladesh border at Dawki. After that, we head onwards to our Camping location! Right by a river! The adventure just multi-folds as we arrive at this location with avenues for Bonfire, swimming,
and what not.
We plan to sleep on this night cozying up in our tents! Overnight at the campsite (Overnight Homestay/Tent stay in Dawki, & B+ D Included)
NOTE: Camping depends on weather condition.
DAY 7
Today wake up early and we will do boating in the cleanest River of Asia, you can opt to do Cliff Jumping . We can Explore Phephe Falls & then proceed to Shillong in evening and relax.
It is said that the rolling hills around the city reminded the British of their own Scotland and hence the name “Scotland of the East”. explore the local market popularly known as the Police Bazar. (Overnight stay at Shillong, Breakfast Included)
DAY 8
Early morning Breakfast & Proceed to Guwahati Railway station and board Train for Return Journey in Mumbai. Guwahati Package people will be dropped at the Guwahati railway station by 3pm. Train no. 15946
DAY 9
Spend last day enjoying and playing games with the group as we are about to reach Mumbai
DAY 10
Arrival at Mumbai with Sweet memories and it’s time for farewell.

3) Trip schedule is subject change/delay due to unavoidable circumstances like Vehicle break down, Extreme rush, overall group speed and Trekkers United is not responsible for the delay.
4) Avoid wearing precious Jewellery/valuables while trekking, as Trekkers United won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
5) Swimming in the deep water is strictly prohibited, Trekkers United wont be responsible for any loss.

7) Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed.
8) Sightseeing of all the places depends on various factors like weather, train delay, vehicle breakdown, punctuality of everyone, peak season rush & we or any of our team member will not be responsible.
9) Mode of Transport like Train/Bus Etc can be changed with change in time & boarding/dropping point depending on the availability/any avoidable circumstance without any prior notice to Participants
10) Management won't be held responsible if you are stuck due to heavy rains, traffic jams, personal emergencies or floods during the event & you miss our bus/train
11) Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Trekking, or any outdoor adventure activity is potentially risky. For all these events, you are at your own risk. Organizers are not responsible for any accident or compensation in whatsoever manner.
12) If Train tickets are in RAC/Waiting, there will be extra charge of 600 - 800/- per person & 90% guarantee of the confirmed Tatkal Tickets.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before 45 Days - 50% Refund on the Registration amount.
45 - 30 Days - No Refund on Registration
30 - 20 Days - 25% Refund on Full Amount
20 - 10 Days - 10% Refund on Full Amount
After 10 Days - No Refund
1. Cancellation charge is applied on total trip cost, not on any partial or token amounts. E.g. if you paid 10,000 for a 25000 trip, 2 months in advance and decide to cancel a trip less than 30 days before trip start date, the cancellation charge will be applied on 25000, not 10,000.
2. Full Payment of the trip cost must be completed 30 before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
3. None of the amount is transferrable to any other trip or treks & no credit notes
will be given.
4. If the Trip is cancelled from our end, Minimal 7% amount will be deducted & for the remaining amount a Credit Note will be Provided to use on any other Treks & Trips.(No Cash Refund)
5. In Case of Trip Extension due to Weather or any unforseen conditions, Indivdual will have to pay 2500/- Cash Per Day to the Trip Leader on Spot.
6. Itinerary is subject to change without any prior notice due to Weather Condition or any other unavoidable reasons & Its the Trip Leaders Call we value everyone’s safety over the Trip.
7. Cancellation of the trip or of any location due to reasons out of our control like natural calamities or man made incidents like strikes and change in state rules won’t be our responsibility. The participants will be liable to bear cost on any such incidents.
8. The company vehicle will only be responsible for travel from stay to the locations and back to our stays. Any travel beyond that will be chargeable if we are managing it for you all.
9. Sightseeing of all the places depends on various factors like weather, train delay, vehicle breakdown, punctuality of everyone, peak season rush & we or any of our team member will not be responsible.
10. If Train tickets are in RAC/Waiting, there will be extra charge of 600 - 800/-

12. The photos/videos content created on Trekkers United’s trip (by our leaders)
is the property of Trekkers United and can only be used by us for advertising across media platforms. None of the digital content can be used by anyone for advertising/commercialuse without obtaining the rightful permissions by Trekkers United.
13. The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without avalid Govt. ID.
14. Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.
15. Our time of departure is fixed and the travelers must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s). Anyone missing the transport shall not be eligible for any refunds.
16. In case of injury/illness occurring to a participant during the tour, external evacuation/ transport services may need to be engaged safeguarding the health of the participant. In such a case any additional cost arising from making such arrangements will have to be borne by the concerned participant/participant’s family.
17. Only one offer or credit can be used at a time; multiple offers or credits cannot be combined simultaneously.
